Hi Everyone!
I hope this message finds you healthy and in good spirits. I miss our conversations and even the antics, and hope you have all been planking from the comfort of your homes. This is definitely an interesting time in our lives that I sincerely hope you and your families are making the best of.
This week is supposed to be review, but we had just completed all things review for the discussions we had been having right before we closed down. So what I am asking of you is a bit different and I hope you are OK with that.
#1 - Please make sure you have completed the project that was assigned to you in class before February break. It was either to create your own health triangle with behaviors you do to promote your physical health, mental health, and social health - 8 behaviors in each category, plus one quote relating to each aspect. OR it was your "Road to Now" (attached as a document below)
March 30 - April 3 - Complete a stress log. At least one entry per day, even if it is "no stress because..."
Now, some of you may truly be living your best life right now, so may not have much to include. Others of you may fill this all up in just one day - there is no wrong way to do this. But this is something that I hope will be useful to you to begin to examine how you experience stress and how you currently cope with that stress. This is something you should work on a little each day for this week.
